Business Description

The Rogue Valley's only Bikram Yoga studio.

Classes are held Monday through Friday at 9:00 AM and 4:30 and 6:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday, classes are held at 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM

All classes are 90 minutes, are heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity, and are beginning level. If you are new to the practice, please come at least fifteen minutes early. Bring a towel, a mat, and a bottle of water. We do rent towels and mats, and sell water, as well.
